| Schmidt is the former CIO of Vertex
and the President/Founder of SMS Technologies. He has 25 years
experience building health and life sciences software with simple
user interfaces over complex solutions. He also has extensive
personal experience with pediatric asthma; he is the parent
of an asthmatic child, as well as a medicinal chemist who worked
on Zyflo, a long acting asthma management drug. |

Smith is the former Director
of integration services at Sentillion, Inc, Architect of the
Massachusetts HHS infrastructure and has 20 years experience
in developing technology, healthcare and life sciences software. |

| Kayhoe has served as an advisor and coach to senior leaders
and Boards in health care, biotech, pharmaceutical and non-profit
organizations for 25 years. He brings an expertise in the development
of strategic collaborations and creative partnerships. Kayhoe
is on the faculty of Georgetown University Change Leadership
Program. |

Gunther has over 25 years experience in health
care, many of which were spent at Merck, and subsequently served
as a founding member of AstraMerck/ AstraZeneca. She served
as Managing Director of an executive health care consulting
firm developing novel marketing strategies for medical device,
diagnostics, consumer and pharmaceutical industries. |
